Who we are GTM Shortlist (“GTM Shortlist”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Ryan Park, a sole proprietor based in San Diego, California. Contact: support@gtmshortlist.ai. ## 2. Accepting these terms By using gtmshortlist.ai, creating an account, or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 or older. If you act for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that company. ## 3. What GTM Shortlist is GTM Shortlist is an information directory of software tools. Rankings are based on third-party search-volume data, as explained on our methodology page. A listing or ranking is not an endorsement, recommendation, or professional, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for your own buying decisions. ## 4. Accuracy of listings We collect listing details, including pricing and free trials, from public sources such as vendors’ own websites, and we show the date each detail was checked. Vendors change their offers, so details may be out of date or incomplete. Confirm all details with the vendor before you buy. To report an error, use “Report a correction” on the listing; we aim to review reports promptly. ## 5. Third-party sites and products Listings link to websites and products we don’t control. We are not responsible for them, and any purchase or agreement with a vendor is solely between you and that vendor. ## 6. Vendor listings and accounts If you claim, submit or manage a listing, you confirm that: (a) you are authorized to act for that company; (b) the information you provide is accurate and not misleading; (c) you have the rights to everything you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format and promote your company name, logo, product descriptions, screenshots, videos and other submitted content, on the site and in materials that promote the directory. We may edit listings for format, accuracy and policy compliance. We may also decline, unpublish or remove any listing at our discretion, including through automated checks. We do not guarantee any ranking, placement, traffic, leads, sales, search-engine indexing or mentions by AI systems. ## 7. Paid plans and payment Paid plans (Verified, Featured placements and competitor-page placements) are described on our pricing page and at checkout. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers. ## 8. Automatic renewal Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each term (yearly or quarterly, as shown at checkout) at the then-current price, and you are charged until you cancel. We will: (a) ask for your express consent to automatic renewal at checkout; (b) remind you before each annual renewal; (c) notify you before any price change takes effect. You can cancel online at any time, in one step, from your vendor dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. ## 9. Refunds New purchases: refundable in full within 30 days, from your vendor dashboard. Listings not published: if your paid listing is not published within 24 hours of payment, we refund you automatically. Renewals: a renewal charge is refundable if you cancel within 7 days of the renewal date. Limits: one refund per company per plan type. Refunded listings revert to the free tier. Further detail: see our Refund Policy. ## 10. Sponsored placements Featured and competitor-page placements are paid advertising. They are labeled “Sponsored” and never change a tool’s ranking. Links in paid placements are marked as sponsored. ## 11. Acceptable use Don’t: submit false, misleading or infringing content; impersonate a company or person; manipulate rankings, clicks or reports; send spam; introduce malware; interfere with the site’s operation; access the site in ways that ignore our robots.txt or overload our systems. Reasonable reuse of our public data feeds (API, llms.txt, RSS) is welcome with attribution to GTM Shortlist and a link. ## 12. Intellectual property The site’s design, text, rankings, data compilations and software belong to us. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, email support@gtmshortlist.ai with the details and we will review it promptly. Upon a valid request, we will remove a vendor’s logo. ## 13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES **THE SITE, LISTINGS, DATA AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.** ## 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY **TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100.** ## 15. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your listing, your use of the site, or your breach of these Terms. ## 16. Disputes First, contact us at support@gtmshortlist.ai, and we’ll try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. Either party may use small claims court where eligible. ## 17. Changes, termination and general terms Changes: we may update these Terms and will post the new date above. Material changes that affect paid plans will be emailed to you. Termination: we may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. Assignment: we may assign these Terms, including to a successor business entity we form. You may not assign them without our consent. Severability: if any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Entire agreement: these Terms, with our Privacy Policy, Listing Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us.
